The www.pharmanalyse.com website is an online platform containing information on medicines and dietary supplements, and enabling users and customers to order laboratory analysis of medicines and dietary supplements.
The services offered by www.pharmanalyse.com are provided by Krypton Expertise SAS, 14 rue Gustave Shaeffer, 682000 Mulhouse, registered with the Mulhouse (France) Trade and Companies Register under No. B924834476 (hereinafter "Company").
The customer orders one or more analyses on the website www.pharmanalyse.com and sends the sample to be analysed by post to the laboratory, in compliance with the conditions of dispatch and regulations in force in the customer's country of origin and in France (Krypton Expertise SAS headquarters and laboratory).
Users and customers of the www.pharmanalyse.com website implicitly accept the present General Terms of Use.
1 | Service description
The services offered by www.pharmanalyse.com concern the laboratory analysis of a drug or dietary supplement in accordance with the customer's order.
The laboratory has 15 working days to carry out the analysis and send a detailed analysis report to the customer at the email address given when the order was placed.
The objectives of the analysis are to certify the presence of the active ingredient and to measure the quantity present in the drug or dietary supplement submitted for analysis. The level of uncertainty on the parameter analyzed depends on the declination ordered (Standard <20%, Precise <10% or Regulatory <5%).
Receipt of sample at the laboratory
On receipt at the laboratory, the customer's sample is stored at a temperature of 5°C.
Upon receipt at the laboratory, the sample is examined to ensure compliance with laboratory requirements. An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the customer at the e-mail address given when the order was placed, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the sample.
Any non-conformity upon receipt of the sample at the laboratory will be documented. The customer will receive an email at the email address given when the order was placed, specifying the nature of the non-conformity and its potential impact on the analysis result.
In the event of non-conformity, the analysis order will be put on hold until receipt of the customer's decision as to whether or not to proceed with the analysis ordered.
Eligibility for refund of order in case of non-conformity upon receipt
In the event of non-conformity of the sample on receipt at the laboratory and if the customer decides not to proceed with the analysis :
Non-conformity of the sample on receipt at the laboratory is the responsibility of the customer (failure to comply with the instructions for sending the sample): a sample handling fee of €25 excl. tax (€30 incl. VAT) will be applied. The customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the order, less the handling charges, within 30 days by bank transfer.

In the event of non-conformity on receipt at the laboratory, and if the customer wishes to continue with the laboratory analysis, the order will be honored. The analysis report sent to the customer will include a paragraph specifying the non-conformity and its consequences on the analysis results.
Sample analysis
The sample sent by the customer is analyzed in the laboratory in accordance with the customer's order and the laboratory's protocol and methodologies.
Electronic transmission of analysis report
The customer will receive an email at the email address indicated at the time of ordering containing a detailed analysis report, in pdf format, presenting information on the sample analyzed, the results of the analysis and conclusions on the results of the analysis.
Report sent by post
The customer may request that the report be sent by post. This service is subject to a fee and the request must be sent by email to contact@pharmanalyse.com.
2 | Withdrawal period
In accordance with current French legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from the date of the order to cancel the order. Once the 14-day period has elapsed, it will no longer be possible to benefit from the right to cancel the order.
The order will be reimbursed by bank transfer within 30 calendar days of receipt of the customer's retraction request or bank details. The customer must provide his bank details to enable the bank transfer to be made.
Customers can make their request directly on the www.pharmanalyse.com website, using the Contact Us form, or by sending an email to contact@pharmanalyse.com.
Cancellation of the order is definitive.
3 | Sample fate after analysis
Samples received by the laboratory and not used for analysis are kept for 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the analysis report. After this 30-day period, the drug sample will be destroyed.
The customer will be informed of the fate of the sample in the email containing the analysis report.
The customer may request an extension of the sample storage period (paying service) or the return of the sample by post (paying service).
A reminder email will be sent to the email address given when the order was placed, 10 days before the sample's destruction date.
Extended sample storage period
Upon receipt, the sample is stored at a temperature of 5°C. At the end of the initial sample storage period of 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the analysis report, the customer may request extended storage of the sample for a further 3 to 24 months.
This service is subject to a fee (€5 excl. VAT per quarter, i.e. €6 incl. VAT per quarter, with a discount for storage extensions of 12 months or more). Customers requesting extended storage will receive a quotation by e-mail, to the e-mail address given at the time of order, for continued storage of the sample for the requested period.
To validate the extension of the sample's storage period, the customer must return the quotation, dated, signed and marked "Approved" to contact@pharmanalyse.com, and pay the invoice by bank transfer to the bank details shown on the quotation, no later than 5 days after signing the quotation.
Sample storage will be confirmed upon receipt of payment by bank transfer. A confirmation email specifying the duration of the sample storage extension and the deadline for storing the sample.
At least 30 calendar days before the end of the extended sample storage period, the customer will receive an email reminding him of the end date of the extended sample storage period, and offering him the choice of destroying the sample (free of charge), extending the sample storage period (paying service) or returning the sample by post (paying service).
Return sample by post
The sample is stored at a temperature of 5°C. At the end of the initial sample storage period of 30 calendar days from the date of dispatch of the analysis report, the customer may contract for the sample to be returned by post.
The return of samples is at the customer's expense. A quotation will be issued for the return of the sample to the customer, specifying the delivery address. The cost of returning the sample varies according to the destination of the mail and the carrier selected by the customer. The sample will be returned once the customer has returned the dated quotation, signed with the mention "Approved" to the address contact@pharmanalyse.com and paid by bank transfer to the bank details indicated on the quotation no later than 5 days after signing the quotation.
4 | Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
The www.pharmanalyse.com website is part of a process aimed at developing and improving the services offered to its customers.
Consequently, the General Conditions of Use may be modified at any time without notice to users. The new version of the General Conditions of Use cancels and replaces the previous versions of the General Conditions of Use.
The valid General Terms and Conditions of Use are those applicable at the date of the customer's order, unless otherwise required by French law.
5 | Intellectual property
The trademarks and logos, textual information and graphic elements contained in the www.pharmanalyse.com website are the property of Krypton Expertise SAS. Users and customers are therefore not authorized to use the content of the site for personal, associative, professional or institutional use.
Some of the images used on the www.pharmanalyse.com website come from www.unsplash.com and www.pexel.com. The authors of these photos own the rights of use.
Any link to the www.pharmanalyse.com site or use of its content must be notified and authorized by Krypton Expertise SAS. Requests can be made by post to the company's head office or by email to contact@pharmanalyse.com.
